1.         The terms used in this Policy have the meanings given in the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", and other legislation of Ukraine regulating the protection of personal data, including international treaties ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2.         Personal data of the users of the website of the Charitable Organisation "Charity Fund Name of Michael Vasylevsky" https://www.vasylevskyfund.org/ (hereinafter referred to as the Fund and the Website, respectively) is collected by the Fund as the owner of the Website. The submission of a request by users using the Website's functionality simultaneously constitutes their consent for the Fund to collect and process personal information.

3.         The purpose of collecting personal information obtained in the course of the Website's operation is to process the requests of the Website users to the Fund sent through the Website and to carry out the Fund's statutory activities.

 

4.         Composition and content of the collected data: The Fund may collect and process information about the user's personal information (name, surname, e-mail address, and other personal data provided at the user's initiative), which the user provides when using the Website and its options (in particular, when sending messages using the Website functionality, subscribing to receive updates by e-mail), the type and version of the user's browser, as well as the pages on the Website that the user visits, the pages from which the user went to the Website, his/her IP address; third parties may collect information about the user on the Website, in particular: the information provided by the user to Meta when leaving the Website through the news widget, to the payment service provider, when making a charitable donation.

 

5.         In the process of collecting personal information and processing it, the User has the rights provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

 

6.         The dissemination of the user's personal information is possible only with the user's consent or in cases where such dissemination is required for reasons of providing assistance to the user in accordance with the request received from him/her (in particular, in case of receiving a request for assistance in the field of healthcare) and in accordance with applicable law.

 

7.         The collected personal information is deleted in cases of expiration of its storage period determined by the applicable law, termination of the legal relationship between the user and the Fund unless otherwise provided by law, or in other cases provided for by the legislation on personal data protection.

 

8.         The Fund guarantees it:

- takes measures to fulfil all the requirements of the legislation on personal data protection;

- protects the rights of personal data subjects;

- takes measures to prevent a possible risk of a breach of the security of personal data processing.
